Seeking part time customer service and retail store representative to join our team. Flexible schedule. Duties will include:
Greet, assist, and checkout store customers
Service inbound calls and messages
Provide customers with product knowledge
Answer product questions customers may have
Guide customers into choosing products that will help their pet's specific condition
Solve any problems/issues customers may have
Maintain stock of product in the store
Clean and organize store
Make samples of products for customers and their pets to try
Manage customer order entries
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, even tempered and reliable. Must be an animal lover. Position requires the ability to learn multiple websites, various products/features, and software applications.
The successful candidate will also have:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of internet
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent analytical skills
A warm, approachable, and professional manner
