Independent Residential Sales Specialist
Rose City, MIPoint Broadband is currently seeking Independent Residential Sales Representatives to sell high-speed Internet, Streaming Service, and VOIP Telephone services. Selected candidates willEARN HIGH COMMISSIONSon each sale with the ability toEARN OVER $100K WITH NO CAP ON YOUR EARNINGS. You will have the ability to generate your own leads through direct customer contact, as well as follow-up on leads generated through our marketing activities.THE ABILITY TO EARN COMMISSION WITH NO CAPS MEANS YOU CAN WORK PART-TIME HOURS AND EARN FULL-TIME PAY!Summary:As an Independent Residential Sales Specialist the employee generates and follows up on sales leads in assigned territories. Provides service offerings and order quotations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction. Is responsible for helping to ensure that Point Broadband superior service is carried on in our business and personal relationships. Demonstrates commitment to Corporate Value System.Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; visits or telephones potential customers to discuss service needs
Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory
Ensures contacts receive marketing literature and price catalogs; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers
Assists customers with ordering information, provides quotations on customer requirements
Reviews any questions or concerns with Sales Manager
Follows up with customers; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves concerns
Submits reports to Sales Manager; provides weekly sales summary, provides daily numbers each morning to Sales Manager; provides sales orders (with cover sheet) each morning, and provides completed street sheets after territories are completely worked
Responsible for selling additional/upgraded services; provides proper forms and documentation requested for these services
Attends all scheduled meetings; includes daily sales meetings, monthly employee meetings, and any other company functions or scheduled sales meetings
Required to make the established weekly quota (regardless of re-market or new market areas)
Responsible for knowing all company information, and be familiar with resources used for this position
Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, etc. to Sales Manager as necessary or requested
Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by Sales Manager
