Customs Document Specialist

Purpose:  To ensure the timely review and submission of documentation needed for Importer Security Filings on cargo destine to The United States.  Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the transmission of data and documents needed to US customs prior to cargo departure from overseasPrint documents to the appropriate file and label them properlyUtilize machine learning programs to pull data elements from documentsMonitor and resolve and discrepancies on filings madeUtilize and manage multiple email boxes to ensure the timely response to inquiresManage internal and external reports as requiredSupport customers with understanding of the requirements necessary for timely and accurate filings.
