Inside Sales/Estimator
SkyBlade Fan Company, a rapidly growing global HVAC manufacturer located in Warren, MI, is looking for an Inside Sales Estimator. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department so it may operate efficiently and deliver the desired business results through planning, process, people, data, technology, and reporting.
This is an entry-level, full-time hourly position perfect for people beginning a career in sales with an in-office schedule of 7:00a-4:00p Monday-Friday.

Duties for the role would include:
Answering and routing calls from customers
Product selection and preparing quotes
Interacting with customers & distribution channels
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
Respond to inbound sales inquiries
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Preferred Skills/Experience:
AutoCAD Experience preferred, not required
Dependability and upbeat attitude
Self-motivated, able to work well independently, multitask, meet deadlines
Ability to work as needed Monday through Friday 7:00a through 4:00p
Strong computer, organizational and follow-through skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook
Ability to operate computers, printers, scanners and copiers
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Respect for confidentiality and discretion
Previous experience in sales or technical sales
Outgoing personality
Time management
