Summit Plastic Molding is a plastic injection molding company in Shelby Township, MI and has been in business for over 30 years and are growing in the automotive industry.
We are looking to fill our 1st and 3rd shift Material Handler positions.
1st Shift is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Mon-Fri
3rd Shift is 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM - Mon-Fri
Competitive pay.
Paid Bi-Weekly (every other Friday)
Insurance offered after 90 days of employment.
Job duties include:
Fill hoppers/dryers with material.
Empty grinders.
Pre-dry upcoming materials.
Clean material loaders during mold changes.
Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of storage and production areas.
Operate forklift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
Knowledge of resins.
Familiarity with hoppers, loaders and dryers.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to perform simple math calculations.
Valid driver's license required & means of transportation.
Good attendance.
