A.T.M. Building Maintenance is looking to fill a part time position for a cleaning technician.
This position requires someone reliable, punctual, has reliable transportation every night, and can/will pay very close attention to detail.
We are looking for an individual who knows how to use cleaning supplies and products effectively.
Must be available Monday thru Friday 6 pm-10 pm.
Your responsibilities are the following
Dusting and wiping of all furniture and contents on furniture.
Cleaning of restrooms and locker area.
Emptying all required trash receptacles.
Cleaning of windows and window frames.
Ability to sweep and mop, not just open areas of the floor but pay close attention to corners and edges of the entire facility.
Spot clean walls.
We will consider partners, many hands make lite work.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a nightly basis.
This position is very labor intensive and is not for everyone. I am looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual who enjoys cleaning and takes pride in their work. If this individual is you, please contact me.
