Job Title: Powder CoaterJob DescriptionPaints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components in order to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. Adheres to quality and quantity standards and follows directions to meet part specifications.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and apply powder coating to components.
Ensure adherence to quality and production standards.
Follow instructions to meet part specifications accurately.
Read and interpret procedures, safety guidelines, instructions, and policies in English.
Carry out verbal instructions and effectively communicate in English.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following ergonomic safety practices.
Participate in cross-training opportunities and contribute to team efforts.
Report any safety or quality concerns without delay.
Stay open to learning new processes, tools, and equipment.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
Ability to meet work schedules, including overtime and weekend shifts when needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. regularly, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
Capability to engage in physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, sitting, and crawling for extended periods.
Good hand coordination and hand-eye/foot coordination.
Strong visual and auditory perception, reading skills, ability to make independent decisions, and retention of key information
