Join a team of motivated, highly qualified individuals who are committed to the success of each and every project. Summary Operate a front-end loader in a safe, efficient, and proper manner to achieve a high-quality asphalt mixture at an asphalt plant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to operate a front-end loader and various pieces of heavy equipment.

Occasional handwork laboring as needed including shoveling, cleaning, and lifting.

Perform general maintenance and inspection of the equipment.

Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspection of the asphalt plant and its components.

Qualifications

High school diploma or (GED).

Two (2) or more years of operating a front-end loader.

"Safety First" attitude & follow all Safety Practices, Policies and Procedures.

Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must be willing to work longer hours, weekends and occasional night shifts when necessary.

Be a Team player and bring a positive attitude to work every shift.

Compensation Package As Replacement Worker

Excellent Base Hourly Wage
