The Sr Director of Pricing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies that drive profitability and market competitiveness.
Essential Functions:
Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven pricing strategies for all services offered by the company. Ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
Develop and implement advanced pricing models, leveraging data analytics and best practices, to reflect the value of products and services while ensuring competitive positioning.
Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies for core services, ancillary services and product and new schools.
Drive segmentation strategies to ensure differentiated pricing based on customer value, market segment, and competitive factors. Tailor pricing strategies to different customer needs and service usage.
Utilize advanced analytics, pricing tools, and software to monitor pricing performance and ensure continuous improvement. Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing success, such as margin, win rate, and customer satisfaction. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Lead pricing-related change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication of changes internally and externally.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within their team.
Attract, retain, and develop key talent.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
Base salary range: $168-185k
This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.

This position is eligible for paid time off. All Corporate employees are enrolled in our Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) plan.
