Description Our Oakland county client is looking for an interim Accountant to provide lease accounting support. You will be responsible for the accounting for the property management and will have oversite of the lease accounting. Experience with Lucernex software is preferred but not required. Requirements Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Competence with financial data analysis and report generation that is prompt and accurate
Lease Accounting experience desired
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
BA/BS in Accounting,
Current and relevant ERP system experience
Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
