Description We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Novi, Michigan. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage. Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Review resumes and applications to identify and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application process, including timely communication, scheduling, and feedback Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Key skills: Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Background Checks, Hiring Processes, Scheduling, Coordinate Meetings.Requirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiter role within the Manufacturing industry Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Familiarity with 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management Proven experience in conducting comprehensive background checks Ability to manage various hiring processes efficiently Excellent scheduling skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred Knowledge of labor legislation and manufacturing industry-specific regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
