Position Purpose This position is instrumental in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions utilizing all member communication channels. Successfully manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance. Lead marketing communication and automation channel initiatives, driving strategy and implementation of member communication journeys. Essential Duties

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

Create and maintain member onboarding journey utilizing marketing automation tools.

Proactively suggest additional member journey communications using marketing automation tools, along with recommendations for their implementation.

Communication Channel Management

Coordinate and manage the execution of campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, text messaging and marketing automation platforms.

Monitor campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.

Regularly review and refine marketing automation strategies to adapt to changing market behaviors and consumer behaviors.

Audience Segmentation & Data Quality

Conduct thorough audience analysis to define criteria used to categorize target segments including demographic factors, engagement history or any other relevant parameters.

Partner with Data & Analytics team to utilize predictive analytics data as it relates to audience segmentation.

Ensure that the data being used in marketing automation is accurate and up to date. Analyze data quality to prevent issues related to incorrect segmentation, personalization, or communication.

Content Development & Personalization

Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign content that resonates with key target markets.

Utilize audience analysis criteria to develop personalized messaging and identify optimal communication channel to create a dynamic and relevant member experience.

Ensure content reflects Vibe's brand voice, vision, and values to ensure a cohesive and unified message across all communication channels.

Incorporate relevant keywords and meta tags to optimize content for SEO, search engine rankings and increased organic web traffic.

Performance Analysis

Evaluate overall performance of marketing automation and email campaigns by identifying and measuring key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

Analyze the progression of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversation and identify areas of improvement.

Complete A/B testing to identify segmentation and messaging personalization effectiveness.

Utilize reporting and data insights on campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Other

Cross-trained to serve as back-up for Digital Marketing Specialist.

Support the marketing team with other projects as needed to assist in achieving marketing objectives and goals.

Possess thorough knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services.

Work with vendors to complete projects accurately, on time, and within budget.

Represent Vibe Credit Union in a professional manner.

Understand regulations and internal policies related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and complete annual training.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.

3-5 years of Marketing related experience.

Skills/Abilities

Working knowledge of email and marketing automation tools.

Ability to interpret datasets, draw conclusions, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.

Knowledge of designing and conducting A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.

Skilled in analyzing data across various marketing channels to assess overall campaign performance.

Flexibility to adapt to changes in marketing trends and industry standards.

A mindset for creativity and innovation.

Detailed oriented, follow-through, and analytical skills.

Ability to thoroughly proo and edit written communication for proper grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Detail orientated with strong project management skills.
