Job Responsibilities:
Interact with Pella customers in a professional manner.
Loading materials into your truck from our warehouse or direct ship to your home or storage. (we supply storage unit)
Install windows per code and manufacturer specs.
Achieve high customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
Job Requirements:
Insured.
Own tools to complete job
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and office staff.
Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure.
Detail oriented.
Own vehicle and way to transport product from warehouse to jobsite.
. Lead safe certified.
. 3 year minimum experience installing replacement windows.
