Position: Framer / Carpenter Helper to Lead Framer / Carpenter
Location: Traverse City and surrounding areas
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Support lead carpenters with tasks like framing, installation, finishing, and general carpentry work.
Safely use hand and power tools while adhering to safety guidelines.
Gain hands-on experience and mentorship to grow your skills in the trade.
For Lead roles: Supervise small crews, manage projects, and ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule.
Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and supervisors to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Carpentry experience (entry-level to advanced, depending on the role).
Ability to read blueprints and follow precise instructions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical capability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform demanding tasks.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
