Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and council to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Consult with clients regarding market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters ensuring an informed, fair and honest experience
