Weeding/Manual labor

looking for someone who is reliable, a self starter, and enjoys working outside. Must be able to pass a background check to work on the estate. I need someone who is able to weed flowerbeds, and help maintain designated areas where weeds may grow. 25 to 35 hours a week. $20 hourly rate, this is seasonal work. April 15th through the end of October.
