Site maintenance for an exciting new residential and commercial project under development in Acme Township. Looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who wants to grow his or her career. Duties will be managed in cooperation by owners and the Property Manager. Applicants should be organized and professional, have experience in the areas listed below, and have reliable transportation.
Job includes paid holidays and housing on site.
Light plumbing and electrical repair
Home or property maintenance repair experience
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Snow plowing experience
Light lawn and landscape experience
8 hours per day and able to work occasional overtime and be on call.
Own tools desirable
