Must have a minimum of two years professional kitchen experience with an emphasis on naturally leavened doughs to be considered for this position. Must understand every step of the production process for both sourdough and yeast breads.
The right fit for our team is someone who LOVES bread and is intense in their eagerness to keep learning and pushing the creativity and excellence of the craft. Even more important is the ability to work well with others. Must be physically able to repeatedly lift 50lbs and stand all day.
