COOK - Experienced and Ready to take over a busy kitchen
Chucks Place is open 6 days a week from 11a.m. till at least 11p.m. during the busy season.
Live, Play and Work on our beautiful island where you can boat, fish, hunt, hike, ride on Jeep trails, Orv trails and snowmobile in the winter.
Responsibilities to include:
Our menu preparation to include: appetizers, burgers, fish, chicken, wraps, sandwiches and soups etc.
Cooking, grilling and frying Plating meals after they are cooked
Slice meats, chop veggies, potatoes, prep condiments and sauces
Maintain a clean workspace
Dishes- maintain a clean kitchen, mopping, sweeping, cleaning of fridges, fryers etc
Care in presentation and food plating.
Keeping an organized, clean and ready work station
Knowledge of and care of meat slicers, vegetable slicers etc.
Serve Safe class required
