Job Overview:
We are looking for hard working, dedicated and charismatic line cooks with a desire to excel. Past line cook experience is prefered. However, past experience is not required. We will train those with passion in culinary from day one.
Starting pay is $19.00/hr. Pay negotiable based on past experience.
Day shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm; Evening shift: 1:00pm-9:00pm;
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate dishes according to established standards
- Assist in creating new recipes and menu planning
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Skills:
- Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in food preparation and handling
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
- Willingness to help team members as needed
