Busy downtown scratch cafe seeking a line cook who is experienced cooking breakfast in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Stocking , rotating, preparing line for daily service
Making Hollandaise sauce, pancake mix, whipped cream, prepping fresh fruit and vegetables
Preparing tickets as ordered in a neat, sanitary, fast, efficient manner
Breaking down, cleaning, sanitizing, wrapping the line at the end of service and participating in daily and weekly cleaning projects

Typical hours: 3-4 days per week 7am-1pm or 8:30am-2:30 pm
