This is a unique position for someone very detail oriented, who enjoys a fast paced work atmosphere that's never boring. Every day looks different with one common goal- providing the most professional and exceptional services possible to our customers, caring for their homes, cars & boats in Northern Michigan. We are seeking someone to join our team to help and assist the owners of the company with customer relations across all aspects of services the company offers.

The ideal candidate will have

- Excellent communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills, the ability to establish positive relationship with customers

- The capability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer and coworker interactions

- The ability to adapt to changing situations and customers needs

- Good time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively

- Proficiency in using email, social media & other relevant software

This positions responsibilities include:

- Front office Management

- Scheduling auto details

- Taking payment for services

- Keeping marketing material stocked

- Documenting daily calls and customer communications

- Customer Interactions

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text or in person

- Providing accurate and helpful information about company services

- Customer Satisfaction

- Help ensure customer satisfaction through positive interactions and issue resolution

- Identify and address customer needs proactively

- Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with others in the company to improve the customers experience

- Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, issues and trends

- Sales & Business Development

- Potentially up-sell or cross sell services to customers (with the opportunity for commission)

- Help identify potential sales leads and opportunities

This position has a fairly flexible schedule. It is available as a seasonal position with the potential for year round employment if the. right candidate is found.

Pay is very competitive and will be based on experience with the opportunity to advance based on performance & an end of summer bonus. There is also the opportunity for commission on sales leads.

Full time employees are eligible for company healthcare after 30 days.
