High School graduate. Associate degree with medical certification preferred.

2 Medical Terminology classes or two years experience with Medical Terminology.3 Two years of Computer experience preferably in Windows (2000) environment.4 Ability to work in a team environment.5 Excellent customer service skills necessary to interact with patient/physicians to maintain and promote positive relationships.6 Well developed verbal and written communication skills to portray a profession and customer image. 7 Ability to pass a training aptitude test.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS1 Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.2 Ability to problem solve effectively based on established policies and procedures.3 Requires ability to sit for long periods of time using a computer terminal, typing, and answering phones.4 Position requires some lifting and/or pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds.5 Involves minimal exposure to infectious disease, chemicals, and biohazardous materials.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionTrinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
