PeopleReady Skilled Trades Division is urgently seeking individuals who are skilled in construction and willing to work on a solar project. The ideal individual should have some solar experience or willing to be trained in solar work. The candidate must be willing to travel throughout Michigan to different sites working on solar panels. The candidate must be able to work in any weather condition such as cold, heat, raining/muddy. Must be willing to stay the duration of all projects and able to work 8-to-10-hour shifts. This position pays per diem. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. APPLY TODAY AND START IMMEDIATELYJob Responsibilities:
MUST be safety oriented
Familiar with hand tools
Able to lift 20+ pounds
Able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain-muddy)
Physically capable of bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, standing and walking for long periods 8hrs a day
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have reliable transportation
Must have 2 years of construction experience
Must be willing to be trained in solar
Must have good attitude and performance
MUST be safety oriented
Familiar with hand tools
