Project Manager
Arnold's Home Improvement has been in the remodeling business for over 27 years providing our customers with quality customer service, workmanship, and products. Due to extensive growth, we are looking for the right individual with experience in managing home improvement crews in all aspects of home remodeling and home improvements. This individual will have expertise in at least one or more of the following: Roofing, Siding, Windows/Doors, Bathrooms and Kitchens.
You must be proficient with MS word and excel. Superior customer service skills and the ability to get along extremely well with others is required.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Visiting current, ongoing jobs daily
Attending weekly Manager's meeting and Production/Payroll Meeting
Monitoring all jobs that are sold to ensure accuracy and high standards of completion of work are met
Double-checking all measurements and labor to ensure they align with company policy
Completion of all necessary paperwork to ensure job timelines are kept
Managing crews to ensure all work meets both industry and company standards
Position requires working 50+ hours per week, typically from 7am-6pm Mon-Fri, and occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed
