JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a remote Land Sales Specialist who is seeking to leverage their skills and sales experience in an intense and fast-paced environment. This is the perfect sales position for someone who loves talking with new people and for those that want to learn more about the real estate industry!
Our Land Sales Specialist position will help identify, negotiate, and purchase land for our company. You will be talking with sellers, building rapport, and trying to help them determine the best way to sell their land.
This role is 100% remote! (In-person meeting 2-4 times a year for team development at a to-be-determined location- Travel is required)

Average first-year salary of $80,000 - $120,000/yr base combined with commissions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Curate inbound sales and make outbound calls
Build rapport with leads
Negotiate and overcome objections to get the contract signed
Make immediate and timely follow-ups
Maintain up-to-date and detailed reports and documentation
Identify talking points (i.e., What needs to be cleared up about the property?, etc.)
Be committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five years of Account Executive sales experience
Four-year degree is highly preferred
Access to high-speed internet service
Strong self starter who takes personal accountability
Hard work, grit, and determination (goal oriented) are required for this position
Time management skills
Must provide references
Must have proven track record of sales success and ability to meet KPIs
Negotiation skills and experience
Experience cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key decision makers.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to work well in a team environment
High degree of personal and professional ethical standards.
Must have computer literacy with Google products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc), a CRM system, and be tech-savvy.
Must be solely dedicated to this position (cannot have other “side hustle” or jobs)
