Outdoor work includes fueling and checking oil, checking fluids, test prep, test set up, robotics set upPositions will be 2nd or 3rd shiftOnce test is running, technicians monitor tests from the control room. A large portion of time is spent monitoring tests. Other tasks include maintenance on robots. Training in provided. Will get trained on INCA tools, data acquisition equipment and the robotics used to drive the vehicle. The purpose of this team is putting miles on vehicles. Engineers need to perform testing at certain mileages, this team puts miles on cars so the engineers can perform their tests.
