This expanded consulting team will work with new and existing clients to help them achieve more.Senior Lead, Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture, Kyndryl Inc., New York, NY, and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Perform platform engineer role on-site at client and be responsible for delivering cloud services and architecture designs. Evaluate the proposed solutions, document procedures, and support implementation engineers. Provide architectural and services support directions on the latest core IT technologies. Work face-to-face with the customer and understand business needs for high-level security servers. Propose solutions to technical project issues, respond rapidly to urgent requests, and manage technical severity and crisis situations as well as manage workload to achieve project goals before deadlines. Act as the focal point for clients to discuss and manage system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines of existing and future projects per requirements. Act as the technical escalation contact for the client to drive rapid recovery of business-impacting technical issues and for cloud services-related incidents and technical projects.
