Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dow’s businesses and key leaders. Assignments vary and will complement the new hire’s prior experiences and background. A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems or Business Administration with an emphasis/major in accounting.

GPAs of 3.000 or higher are preferred.

A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
