By utilizing OPS and L2L Team board, will monitor daily production using L2L, quality output and follow up on excessive downtime and initiate course of action.Schedule daily production, allocate resources as required, ensure vacation coverage and control of overtime activity.Conduct department employee meetings at the start of shift and participate in Gemba walks.Provide timely feedback to enhance performance and create a positive work environment for the employees.Provide feedback and recommendations regarding training or coaching of personnel.Complete Team Leader, 5S and verification audits.Collect and reconcile work orders.Monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure completionFollow and Enforce compliance to all Health & Safety, Environmental, Legal, Quality, and Oetiker policies and procedures.Responsible for leading and implementing OPS improvements.
