Hybrid Customer Service Representative (MICHIGAN ONLY) NOT REMOTE THIS TURNS HYBRID AFTER TRAINING ONSITE IN TROY, MI Starting Pay: $17.00 hour Training: 3-4 weeks Onsite: 9am-6:30pm M-F (Paid Training) Shift: 10:30am-7:00pm M-F (Hybrid role after training. Work from home 3 days a week – in office 2 days a week) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Troy, MI – Candidates must live within 30 minutes of location Working with an extensive client base, Aston Carter is searching for entry level customer service representatives in Michigan! A Day in the Role: Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation. This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to homeowners’ insurance questions. Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. When they are not taking calls on the insurance line, they will be taking calls on the mortgage lines.
