THAH CENA/CNASponsorship Program for Home Health CareAnnouncing our new PAID Certified Nurse Assistant Training ProgramYou’ll earn $13.50 an hour while in class. Upon successful completion of CNA Mi. state exam, you will be offered a full-time position on the Trinity Health At Home Team, as a Home Care Aide, earning an increased CNA wage.How does it work?

Must be 18 years old, have a high school degree or GED and 1 year of professional caregiving experience in a facility or home health care. Must have reliable transportation with current license, registration, and insurance.

If selected to participate in the CNA training program, tuition and examination fees are paid by Trinity Health At Home.

Classes include a) First week is online class that is approximately 34 hours b ) In person class, Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm for next two weeks. Week one is lab ​ at school in Ypsilanti. Week two is clinical on site in Ann Arbor.

What type of work will you do? (examples below)

Assists clients with personal care activities including bathing, mouth care, denture care, skin care, grooming, bathroom privileges, transferring, ambulation, and dressing and undressing activities.

Assists clients with household tasks including, planning, and preparing meals, feeding, light housekeeping, changing linens, making bed, and laundering clothes and bedding.

Accurately documents services provided in accordance with agency policy on day services are rendered.

Submits documentation in a timely manner.

Complies with agency policies and procedures.

Works with scheduling to assure accurate and up to date schedule.
