Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Provides direction and assistance to managers, colleagues, candidates and vendors in the analysis and resolution of complex issues related to the service and delivery of hiring and onboarding administration. Provides high volume transactional support in Workday to facilitate hiring and payroll processing. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and provides Workday Tier 1 technology support to candidates and Talent Acquisition partners. Provides consultation and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers, colleagues and candidates. Participates in the development of efficient and effective processes to support colleagues within the parameters of the service level agreements for the HRSC.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKnows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.Provides high volume transactional support and overall management of hiring and onboarding administration in HRIS. This incorporates the processing of new hires, re-hires and all employment status changes that occur throughout a colleague's employment life cycle and includes integration for payroll processing systems. Also provides high volume transactional support and administration in HRIS for non-colleagues, contractors and service partners.Provides Workday Tier 1 technology support to candidates and Talent Acquisition partners. Requests for assistance may come in via email, phone or a case management system. Must be able to trouble-shoot issues and explain technical concepts in a manner that is understandable to users of all levels. Complex inquiries or those requiring specialized knowledge and skills will be referred to the appropriate specialized individuals.In partnership with EverCheck vendor, manages compliance for clinical licenses and certifications. Reviews and reconciles discrepancies with license and certification data on vendor dashboard. Research and resolve system mapping errors, partner with TIS for creation of new license types and make corrections to the HRIS database. Provide support and guidance to ministry partners in support of federal or state audits related to licenses and certifications. Participate in the training of ministry colleagues for EverCheck implementations, pilot programs and product enhancements. Must be knowledgeable of federal and state licensing board guidelines and parameters.Assists with training of implementation of new processes, procedures, and policies and supports the process of ministry implementation in a shared service center environment. Ensures that all processes and procedures are fully documented and updated for access in the Knowledge Base.May provide complementary supervision for the Onboarding team and acts as a back-up for the manager in day-to-day operations. May serve as a representative for the department and the manager on cross functional project teams and actively markets HRSC services to health ministries and managers.Works with the manager to provide team analytics and metrics and assembles relevant data in a management presentation format. Utilizes presentation skills to provide project and customer service delivery updates to HR and ministry partners.Manages transactions and escalations for both new hire and change job administration for all processes initiated by Talent Acquisition, including employment status changes that occur throughout a colleague's employment life cycle. Partners with Talent Acquisition, health ministries, HR Operations, Payroll, Kronos, Pension, TIS and IDM teams to resolve escalated issues and minimize exposure and risk.Runs bi-weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure compliance and data integrity. Acts independently to audit HRIS transactions daily. Reviews and reconciles discrepancies with colleagues, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Kronos and Compensation teams.Maintains collaborative relationships with health ministry partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, HR Technology and Legal to support business objectives and facilitate efficient management of assignments. Enhances collaborative relationships with ministry partners by offering on-site consultative services such as I-9 verification and onboarding support for House Officers, side-by-side collaboration and training with Talent Acquisition teams, and other support as needed.Participates, as a department representative, on cross-functional teams on various projects, including EORs, acquisitions and implementations. May include coordination and timing of communications, report generation, training and presentation to HR management.Utilizes case management technology to accurately tack and log issues and notes for cases assigned under stringent Legal Department requirements. Runs monthly reports to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.Maintains strong attention to detail while focusing on customer excellence by building rapport and establishing trust.Supports and maintains an effective team environment by providing synergy to all processes.Maintains confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice within HIPAA and NPPI guidelines.Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation, annual enrollment, process integration and contact/service center operations, as normally obtained through an Associate Degree and four (4) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role in a high-volume work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources or related field is preferred. A PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and/or Onboarding preferred.Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of HRIS processes, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas (Workday experience). Serves as subject matter expert on HR systems and tools and can identify when information appears out of alignment or incorrect. Experience with Workday and Kronos preferred.Demonstrated decision making skills. Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills, and excellent human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic, problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated written communication skills and the ability to speak and present in front of groups.Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing, organizing and prioritizing workload.
