This position will include work on hybrid systems and RWD propulsion systems.
Become a Subject Matter Expert in dyno testing and vehicle testing
Become a Subject Matter Expert in Vehicle testing
Be a critical part of a team that Validates future product architectures
Interface directly with facilities and suppliers
Lead testing requirements and execution of system signoff requirements
Must be in Livonia Michigan 5 days a week.
Work directly with Transmission component and system engineers to lead optimized DV/PV schedules
You'll haveMinimum
Bachelors degree in Engineering
2+ Years of Dyno Test Experience preferred
2+ Years of E-motor and hybrid architecture design experience preferred
Vehicle repair or vehicle diagnostics background
Calibration and vehicle data collection knowledge
Caltools experience preferred; ATI, INCA, ETAS, etc.
Hands-on problem solver and strong root cause skills.
Independent,; self-starter when required.
Good communicator and can foster relationships with suppliers.
A “be curious” and “continued improvement” mindset.
A strong drive to both learn from and teach others.
