Description We are offering a role in the telecom industry based in Livonia, Michigan. The position involves functioning as a Payroll Administrator, a role that is pivotal in our organization. The work environment is dynamic, involving both physical presence at our office and the possibility of remote work. Responsibilities: Oversee the collection, verification, and accuracy of timesheets and employee data, ensuring all information is recorded and processed in a timely manner. Execute bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines. Address payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Assist the Finance Team with any payroll-related requests as necessary. Foster and maintain professional relationships with all employees, promoting a work environment of trust and respect. Manage Paid Time Off (PTO) effectively, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction. Occasionally assist with administrative Human Resources tasks as needed. Process all payroll tasks with a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management. Utilize skills in Full Cycle Payroll and ADP Workforce Now to optimize payroll operations. Work independently and as part of the Payroll/HR/Finance team to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role Proficient in Full Cycle Payroll procedures Experience with ADP Workforce Now is mandatory Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
