Description We are offering a contract role for an Administrative Assistant in Livonia, Michigan. This role operates within the telecom industry, where you will be integral in maintaining office operations and providing customer service. You will handle inbound calls, manage data entry, and correspond via email among other responsibilities. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Provide excellent customer service to all callers Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Manage email correspondence, ensuring all messages are responded to in a timely manner Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks Schedule appointments for multiple executives Coordinate and book travel arrangements as needed Conduct filing tasks to maintain organized records Enter invoices into the computer data system Communicate effectively through various channels, including email. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience with answering inbound and making outbound calls Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Proficiency in email correspondence and communications Experience in managing schedules and appointments for multiple executives Ability to draft and send professional email communications Experience in booking travel arrangements Familiarity with filing systems and procedures Experience in entering invoices and managing related tasks Proficiency in using computer for data entry tasks Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
