As we value our drivers time away from home, dispatch is measured and challenged to maximize equipment, to keep your wheels turning while you are away from home! Paid by the odometer mile, stop pay, tarp pay, and detention pay. Our driver turn over rate is low for a multitude of reasons, but the biggest being that we are fair, consistent and genuinely care about the well being of our driving team. We deploy newer trucks and trailers, with the trucks heavily focused within the Midwest region. We are growing and adding to our own company fleet. We require a minimum of 1 year experience Class A CDL, and a positive MVR/CSA score, and a positive attitude.
