Responsibilities
-Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
-Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, -and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
-Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
-Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed!
-Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
Qualifications
-Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
-Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
-Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
