I am looking for a part time assistant to help me in my high paced property management office. Responsibilities will be posting employment ads online, setting up interviews, answering and making phone calls, scheduling maintenance calls and city inspections with tenants, Typing up court forms, updating files and much more. This job can be hectic at times and you must be able to deal with all types of situations on the phone and in person. Starting pay is $12 an hour M-F times are flexible but must be able and willing to answer calls for emergencies once in a while if I am not available. (company cell phone will be supplied) and hours will be 2 hours a day to start but potential for many more depending on need and your abilities. Basic knowledge of computers is a must knowledge of Adobe, Windows and Excel would be prefered but if willing to learn that is fine as well.
