Tear off and reshingle. plus extras for layers, vent, wood, chimneys etc. Must have all tools and vehicles and workers Insurance a plus but not required. Pay is CASH and by the job. No games. $70 a SQ up to 7/12 off and on.
$85 SQ 8/12 and up, OFF AND ON. Not a fly by night or shady operation. I have been doing this for close to 20 years.
