1099 Independent Contractors Field Analyst
We are seeking 1099 Independent Contractors to complete on-site inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. You will identify all hazards or concerns and provide photographs and measurements for Residential & Commercial properties.
Requirements:
Ability to take Quality Photos with a smart phone or digital camera.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report.
Knowledge of construction materials (Roofing, Siding, Foundations)
Professional conduct.
Car insurance.
Driver’s License
Equipment:
Reliable vehicle.
6-foot monopod or camera pole.
Measuring device (measuring wheel).
Windows-based computer.
High-speed internet connection.
Smart phone or digital camera with location services.
Coverage Areas:
Alcona, Alger, Allegan, Alpena, Antrim, Arenac, Baraga, Barry, Bay, Benzie, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Chippewa, Clare, Clinton, Crawford, Delta, Dickinson, Eaton, Emmet, Genesee, Gladwin, Gogebic, Grand Traverse, Gratiot, Hillsdale, Houghton, Huron, Ingham, Ionia, Iosco, Iron, Isabella, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kalkaska, Kent, Keweenaw, Lake, Lapeer, Leelanau, Lenawee, Livingston, Luce, Mackinac, Macomb, Manistee, Marquette, Mason, Mecosta, Menominee, Midland, Missaukee, Monroe, Montcalm, Montmorency, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oakland, Oceana, Ogemaw, Ontonagon, Osceola, Oscoda, Otsego, Ottawa, Presque Isle, Roscommon, Saginaw, St. Clair, St. Joseph, Sanilac, Schoolcraft, Shiawassee, Tuscola, Van Buren, Washtenaw, Wayne, and Wexford counties. Travel cases available.
Pay:
Independent Contractors & Fee-Based Employee: $8.00 - $90.00 per case.
We pay every 2 weeks & Offer additional Pay for travel cases as needed.
Hours:
Flexible – Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. - Dusk.
Part-time, Full-time & Weekend position available.
