The Plant Factory is a family-owned Marijuana Cultivation and Processing facility that is looking for candidates to help build our brand. We are looking for candidates that are interested in a career and long-term commitment with opportunity for advancement.
The Cultivation and Processing Associates will be working side by side with ownership and are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation and processing operations from seed to sale. Essential functions include:
Support Director of Cultivation from seed to packaging including – propagation, planting, watering, pruning, and trimming, weighing product
Responsible for discarding product within the CRA standards
Assist during harvesting as well as flipping the rooms for the next harvest
Assist packaging manager with packaging needs – jarring rosin, filling carts, stickering jars and tins, filling orders
Maintain cleanliness of entire property and assist on taking trash out
Perform all other duties assigned by management within the expected timeframe
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma/GED
Experience: Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate

Must ensure a clean work environment as well as good personal hygiene
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., trimming plants, potting, and regular inventory)
Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing carts, transferring water, carrying flats and pots.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with notice
Reliable transportation
Must be at least 21 years old
