Position Summary:Provides on-going user education and informatics support for various teams and committees throughout a subsidiary. This position provides subsidiary vision and direction in concert with the subsidiary IT Site Delivery Manager for information systems, process design, data management and related processes. Serves as a liaison, in concert with the subsidiary CSE, between the subsidiary and Information Technology (IT) department to communicate clinical IT needs.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Analyzes and interprets data to drive clinical adoption and end-user satisfaction.

Facilitates the analysis of current state, future state and gap analysis.

Applies change management skills including assessments and analysis for organizational adoption such as: strategic assessment, stakeholder analysis, and project risk assessment, quality of care, patient, safety, workflow analysis, and communication planning.

Assists operational leaders in planning, coordinating, implementing and measuring effective use of electronic medical record (EMR) through clear, tactical goals and objectives, and baseline/benchmarking plans.

Participatesininterdisciplinary and processimprovement teams to identifypotential future uses of the information systems and potential improvements in the current use of the systems.

Serves as a clinical informatics resource to individuals and teams throughout the subsidiary.

Qualifications:Required:

A current R.N. licensure

Associates degree in nursing or related field

Preferred:

One year of clinical information specialist experience

One year of education or training experience

One year of IT experience
