Prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. Clean and organize service and eating areas. Including, mopping, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, sweeping and picking up trash on travel paths outdoors and shoveling snow.
Reports to work as scheduled in a clean and complete uniform.
Flexibility for reassignment of location. It is mandatory for all employees to float to any of our locations as staffing needs change. This will be authorized by your Store Manager, or other management staff as deemed necessary.
Assists with new crew training
Completes required temperature logs, throwaways, etc…
Profitability
Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
Handle POS transactions with payments and accuracy.
Running strictly on your own drawer at all times.
Knowledge of register functions and cash handling procedures.
Suggestive selling new marketing initiatives.
