We are seeking a motivated and driven Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge security systems and video surveillance solutions to businesses and homeowners. Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their security needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their security and video system needs.
Present and demonstrate our security systems and video surveillance solutions, highlighting key features and benefits.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes to clients.
Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in security and video system technologies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with the installation and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
Preferred: Previous experience in sales, particularly in security systems, video surveillance, or related industries (e.g., technology, home improvement, or B2B sales).
No prior experience required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a commission-only environment.
Basic understanding of security systems and video surveillance technology is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable for in-person sales).
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills preferred.
Compensation
Commission-Only: Earn competitive commissions based on sales performance.
