RN / LPN with Vent Experience
Diligent Healthcare is looking for a caring and compassionate Nurses to work with various patients and provide care in accordance to a written plan of care developed by the Case Manager. Will report patient status and significant changes regularly while documents all patient record information.
Responsible for:
medical care and health monitoring
maintenance of home care records
assisting patients with therapy exercises as needed
assisting patients with feeding and basic housekeeping duties
Candidate should have experience with vent/trach or TBI patients.
