Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the human resources team, responsible for recruiting all hourly positions, primarily within skilled trades. This role involves spending 75-80% of the time sorting through Indeed responses, communicating with candidates, performing phone screens, and setting up in-person interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, the specialist will track onboarding and complete new hire orientation while accommodating the schedules of different hiring managers and supervisors. The remaining 20-25% of the time will be spent assisting the human resources team with tasks such as pulling records and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Responsibilities
Sort through Indeed responses and communicate with candidates.
Perform phone screens and set up in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Track onboarding and complete new hire orientation.
Screen candidates for both technical and soft skills to ensure cultural fit.
Assist the human resources team with pulling records and other tasks as requested.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Work EnvironmentThis is a part-time position, requiring 30 hours a week. The schedule is flexible, allowing the specialist to work any hours Monday to Friday to total 30 hours.
