Description We are offering an opportunity for a Receptionist role in the healthcare industry, specifically in hospitals and social assistance, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The role requires a professional who can handle multi-line phone systems, proo documents, provide excellent customer service, and handle data entry tasks. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, 100% onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm.Responsibilities: Answering multi-line phone system in a timely and professional manner Providing excellent customer service to visitors, answering inquiries via phone or in person Ensuring accurate data entry and email correspondence Supporting the facilities team with administrative tasks Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing Problem-solving administrative issues with minimal need for direct supervision Operating automated standard office equipment such as copiers and shredders Recognizing priorities in the organization of workflow and meeting assigned deadlines Learning and using various software programs to develop correspondence, documents, agendas, meeting materials, and presentations Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail and high degree of integrity to maintain confidentiality in all matters Organizing files and scheduling appointments effectively.Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry Proficient in managing and answering a multi-line phone system Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Experience with email correspondence, including responding to client inquiries and coordinating with team members Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules Must pass a background check as per company and industry regulations Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and adherence to workplace ethics and company standards.
