Learn more about our award-winning organization by visiting stryker.comStryker is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager, Global Product Transfers (Remote ), to support Global Quality Operations ! In this role, you will report to the Director of Validation and Product Transfer and lead the Global Product Transfer Team. In this role, you will work within the QA Shared Services Manufacturing Transfer Team, responsible for quality-related activities as it applies to Manufacturing Transfer.Work Flexibility: Remote. It is preferred that this person resides in a reasonable proximity to one of our Stryker facilities.Who we want :

What you will do:

Supporting all transfers globally, (Supplier to Supplier, Supplier to Stryker, Stryker to Supplier, Stryker to Stryker)

Having knowledge of and ability to provide interpretation and guidance on Regulations, Corporate and Site Local procedures as they relate to quality activities such as FMEA, MSA’s, Validations and Qualifications.

Point of contact for quality for manufacturing transfers at Scoping, Planning and Execution phases

Enable successful completion of manufacturing transfer to achieve its quality, cost and time requirements

Be able to identify MT quality risks/gaps and provide solutions to correct

Technical Quality Expert who sets quality strategy by utilizing a risk-based approach around FAIs, Inspection Certification, leveraging, etc.

Provide expertise for at least 2 quality specialist associated with manufacturing transfer

Manufacturing Transfer Independent Reviewer as required

Supports Manufacturing Transfer Process training where required

Provides feedback to lessons learnt for each completed manufacturing transfer

Drive continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Transfer Process

What you need :Required:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science or equivalent).

8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Engineering.

2+ years in people management.

Experience in a regulated environment.

Preferred :

Must possess strong communication, project management and leadership skills as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence in the matrix.

The candidate must be highly organized and disciplined and be able to demonstrate their ability to meet deadlines.

Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, high analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete complex projects in a matrix organization.

Strong understanding of Medical device GMP requirements

Lean and six sigma qualifications an advantage

Travel:

Travel can be upwards of 30%

$98,000 - $210,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
