In this role you will be responsible for performingoutside tire service to OTR, heavy duty vehicles. Unlike other tire companies that keep you in the slow lane, Pomp's recognizes the value in individual career advancement and wants to accelerate your skills!Pomp's Employees earn an industry competitive wage and are provided access to a trailer-full of benefit privileges, such as: a robust healthcare plan at affordable rates, company matched 401K, discounts on company products, and day-one available paid time off.Job Responsibilities:Rack and hoist vehicles for inspection using company vehiclePerform onsite service and repairs (tire installation and repair) at customers locationResponsible for safe operation of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulationsFleet inspectionsMaintain clean work environment and equipmentParticipates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policiesOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Valid CDL and ability to pass pre-employment driver's fileExperience with OTR/ heavy duty/ commercial tiresHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to lift, pull or push tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistanceAbility to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditionsYou wouldn't stop at a green light, so don't let your career become caught in a roadblock.
